YOUFIRST TERMS OF USE

Last Updated: February 21, 2026

Thank you for using YouFirst! We built this app to help you take control of your GLP-1

medication journey — tracking your progress, nutrition, exercise, and symptoms in one

place.

Because we can’t know every user personally, we have these Terms of Use to help

keep things running smoothly.

When we say “YouFirst”, “we”, “our”, or “us”, we’re referring to YouFirst (operated by

Pediatrik Sağlık Teknolojileri A.Ş.).

When we say “App”, we mean the YouFirst mobile application and all its features.

When we say “you” or “your”, we’re referring to the person who owns a YouFirst

account.

We may update these Terms in the future. When we make significant changes, we’ll

notify you through the App or by email and refresh the date at the top of this page.

When you use the App, now or in the future, you’re agreeing to the latest Terms. If we

don’t exercise or enforce a right under these Terms, that doesn’t mean we’re waiving it.

These Terms do contain a limitation of our liability.

What YouFirst Is (And Isn’t)

YouFirst is a personal health tracking tool for adults on a GLP-1 medication journey.

Think of it as a smart health journal that helps you stay organized, understand your

progress, and share meaningful data with your healthcare provider.

What we provide:

• AI-powered food logging and calorie tracking

• Exercise logging and activity tracking

• GLP-1 shot scheduling and tracking

• Symptom recording and side-effect monitoring

• Weight progress tracking and reporting

• Progress photo storage and organization

• Goal setting and personalized progress insights

• AI-generated summaries and pattern analysis of your logged data

• Educational content about GLP-1 medications, nutrition, and wellness

What we do NOT provide:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

• Prescription management or medication dosing recommendations

• Healthcare or telemedicine services

• Emergency services

• Doctor-patient relationships

• Guaranteed detection of health problems or medication side effects

• Eating disorder screening, treatment, or nutritional therapy

⚠ IMPORTANT: YouFirst is NOT a substitute for medical care. Always

consult your prescribing physician for questions about your GLP-1

medication, dosing, side effects, or any health concerns. In emergencies,

call 911 (US) or your local emergency number immediately.

About AI Features: Our AI analyzes patterns in the data YOU log. These are

automated summaries and insights, not medical evaluations. They may be inaccurate or

incomplete. Never rely on AI outputs for medical decisions, medication changes, or

dosing adjustments. The absence of alerts or flags does not mean everything is fine.

About Calorie and Nutrition Tracking: Calorie estimates provided by our AI food

logging feature are approximate and may not be accurate. They are intended as a

general guide, not a precise dietary prescription. If you have an eating disorder or a

history of disordered eating, please consult your healthcare provider before using

calorie tracking features. YouFirst is not a tool for extreme caloric restriction or rapid

weight loss.

Account Terms

You’re responsible for your account.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account

• You’re responsible for maintaining account security and password confidentiality

• You’re responsible for all activity under your account

• You’re responsible for all medical and health decisions, including medication

management

• You must be a human — accounts registered by bots aren’t permitted

• You must not create an account on behalf of someone else without their explicit

consent

Your Content

You own the content you upload.

All photos, logs, notes, and data you upload (“Your Content”) belong to you. However,

by using the App, you give us permission to:

• Store and process Your Content to provide App features

• Use Your Content to train and improve our AI systems

• Create anonymized, aggregated data for research and product development

• Back up Your Content for security

We do not sell your identifiable health data to third parties.

Important: De-identified data (data stripped of personal identifiers) may be retained

permanently for AI training and research, even after you delete your account.

Content Rules — Read This Carefully

You may ONLY upload content about YOURSELF.

Regarding progress photos and other images, you specifically agree:

• Upload only photos of yourself that are necessary for health tracking

• Do NOT upload photos of other people without their explicit consent

• Do NOT upload inappropriate, sexually explicit, or pornographic images

• Do NOT upload photos that violate any laws

• Keep progress photos appropriate — standard fitness-style photos are

acceptable; explicit nudity is not

We use automated systems to detect prohibited content. Accounts that upload

inappropriate content will be immediately terminated, and we’ll report suspected

violations to authorities as required by law.

Things You Can’t Do

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

• Reverse engineer or tamper with the App

• Use bots or automated tools

• Share your account credentials with others

• Use the App to compete with us

• Interfere with App functionality or security

• Use the App to promote or facilitate eating disorders or dangerous weight loss

practices

• Provide false health information in support requests to obtain specific advice

Violations can result in immediate account termination.

Not Medical Advice

The App is a tracking tool, not a medical service.

Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not

healthcare providers. We do not create doctor-patient relationships. We do not provide

medication management, dosing recommendations, or prescriptions.

Never delay seeking medical care because of something in the App.

Never change your GLP-1 medication dose, schedule, or usage based on App data

alone. Always consult your prescribing physician.

If you experience concerning symptoms — severe nausea, persistent vomiting,

signs of pancreatitis (severe abdominal pain), allergic reactions, thyroid lumps or

swelling, changes in vision, signs of kidney problems, gallbladder issues, or suicidal

thoughts — seek immediate medical care.

If you share App data or screenshots with healthcare providers:

• This is your decision and responsibility

• We’re not liable for how providers use or interpret the information

• Providers should not rely solely on App data for clinical decisions

• App data is patient-reported information only

Body Image and Wellness

YouFirst is designed to support healthy, medically-supervised weight management. We

are committed to promoting positive health outcomes, not unrealistic body standards.

The App does not set or endorse specific target weights. Weight goals, if used, should

be established in consultation with your healthcare provider.

If you are experiencing or have a history of eating disorders, body dysmorphia, or

related mental health conditions, we encourage you to discuss the use of tracking tools

with your healthcare provider before using this App.

We reserve the right to limit or modify features if we believe their use may be

contributing to harmful behavior.

Payments and Cancellation

Payments: All subscriptions are processed through Apple or Google. We don’t handle

payments directly.

Refunds: Governed exclusively by Apple’s or Google’s refund policies. We cannot

provide direct refunds.

Canceling subscription:

• iOS: Settings → Subscriptions → YouFirst → Cancel

• Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → YouFirst → Cancel

Canceling your subscription doesn’t delete your account. To delete your account, use

the in-app deletion feature.

Account deletion: You can delete your account anytime through in-app settings. When

you do:

• Active data is removed

• Backup copies persist for up to 90 days

• Anonymous data may be retained

• We can’t delete data you’ve already shared with others

Uptime, Security, and Privacy

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. We provide the App “as is” and “as available.”

We take uptime seriously but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

Security: We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and

in transit, but no system is 100% secure. You’re responsible for keeping your password

secure.

Your backup responsibility: We’re not liable for data loss. Regularly export and save

copies of important data.

Privacy: We take your trust seriously. We process your data as described in our

Privacy Policy and for no other purpose. Our team can access your data only:

• To help with support requests (with your consent)

• To fix rare system errors (accessing minimal data necessary)

• To ensure security and prevent abuse

• When required by law

We use third-party vendors for hosting, software, networking, and storage. Under

California law (CCPA), we’re a “service provider” processing data only for the purpose

you signed up for.

Copyright and Ownership

You own your content. We claim no ownership over your uploaded data.

We own the App. All rights to the App — including design, software, logos, and

trademarks — belong to us. You get a limited license to use the App for personal, non-

commercial purposes only.

You can’t duplicate, copy, or reuse any part of the App’s design, code, or visual

elements without our written permission.

Features and Bugs

We design the App carefully based on our experience and user feedback. However, no

app pleases everyone. We make no guarantees the App will meet your specific

expectations.

Like all software, our App has bugs. We track reported bugs and prioritize fixes,

especially security-related ones. Not all bugs will get fixed, and we don’t guarantee

error-free service.

Liability

Read this carefully:

You understand and agree that YouFirst shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,

incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Medical outcomes, delayed diagnosis, or health complications

• Adverse reactions to GLP-1 medications

• Inaccurate AI outputs, calorie estimates, or failure to detect patterns

• Data loss or security breaches beyond our control

• Reliance on App content for medication or health decisions

• Healthcare provider decisions based on App data

• Weight loss or gain outcomes

• Psychological or emotional harm related to tracking health metrics

• Loss of profits, data, or other losses

Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the

past 12 months.

These limitations apply even if we’ve been advised of possible damages.

In other words: Choosing to use our App means you’re making a bet on us. If it doesn’t

work out, that’s on you, not us. We work hard to be as safe a bet as possible, but we

can’t guarantee outcomes. If you choose to use YouFirst, thank you for betting on us.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs

(including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App

• Your uploaded content

• Your violation of these Terms

• Healthcare provider reliance on App data

• Claims by third parties regarding content you uploaded

• Any decisions you make regarding your medication or health based on App data

Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraud, security

concerns, or at our discretion. We’ll try to be fair, but some things we stand against, and

this is how we exercise that stance.

You can cancel anytime using in-app settings.

Upon termination:

• Your access ends immediately

• Data is deleted per our retention policy

• No refunds (subject to app store policies)

Disputes

US Users: Delaware law governs these Terms. Disputes must be resolved through

binding arbitration (AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules), not court, except for small claims

or IP disputes. No class actions. Claims must be filed within 1 year. You can opt out

within 30 days by emailing developer@pediatricstechnologies.com with subject

“Arbitration Opt-Out.”

Non-US Users: Your local consumer protection laws govern. You can bring claims in

your local courts.

EU/EEA/UK Users: You have additional GDPR rights including access, deletion,

correction, portability, and objection. Your mandatory consumer rights can’t be waived.

General

Entire Agreement: These Terms are the complete agreement between you and

YouFirst.

Changes: We may modify the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be

communicated.

Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Assignment: We can assign these Terms; you can’t without our consent.
